Smallholder farmers in western Kenya face shrinking land sizes, reduced crop yields, and worsening income insecurity due to climate change and land fragmentation. Traditional farming methods are no longer sustainable, and families struggle to maintain their livelihoods.
Bees4Life empowers women and youth to establish small-footprint, high-yield apiaries using modern, climate-smart techniques. With comprehensive training, access to finance, and collective bargaining groups, farmers can generate sustainable income while promoting biodiversity and environmental health.
